    <content type="text/plain">Make options for scheduling recurring payments similar to those of scheduling recurring appointments. As it stands now the only options are Weekly: same day every week, Bi-Weekly: same day every other week, and Monthly: same DATE each month. Where as we can schedule appointments every 4 weeks on a Friday for example. This is not currently an option for recurring payments which would be either every Friday or every other Friday, or once a month on the same date, which would always be a different day of the week. Where many people get paid bi-weekly, and perhaps want to pay every other paycheck, on the same day of the week, this would prove to be an invaluable update.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Please add the ability to select multiple file categories at once in the Patient Medical File section instead of only one category at a time.&#13;
&#13;
Right now, filtering by a single category such as SOAP/Exams is somewhat helpful, but it removes other related documents like Outcome Assessments from view. In many cases, those documents need to stay together and in chronological order for review, printing, or export.&#13;
&#13;
A useful improvement would be a multi-select filter, such as checkboxes, where users could choose several categories at once for a cleaner and faster export. For example, being able to export SOAP/Exams, Outcome Assessments, and Letters/Notes together without pulling in unrelated files would make record handling much more practical.&#13;
&#13;
This would help with:&#13;
&#13;
- keeping related clinical documents together&#13;
- preserving chronological order across categories&#13;
- reducing time spent exporting and sorting files manually&#13;
- making record requests, audits, and insurance documentation easier</content>

Our office would like the ability to create and send repeatable patient questionnaires and outcome assessments for established patients, not just intake paperwork.&#13;
&#13;
Examples include:&#13;

-Back Bournemouth&#13;
-Roland-Morris&#13;
-NDI&#13;

-Other custom symptom/progress tracking forms&#13;

To save records for years of practice, the amount of time this takes is insane. It would be great if there were an option where CF could pull all of your patient SOAP notes at once somehow in an organized manner (files named/organized by patient and date of service?) We had a practitioner retire using CF and this was a headache having hundreds of patients on file and needing to retain records.</content>

It would help us to ensure carriers who violate our contract terms pay interest on the claims. The insurance aging report in billing reports is good, but the 31-60 time frame doesn't allow us to capture the specifics we need with the 45 day time frame.</content>

It would be nice to be able to set a set time frame for them to reply to the text so they can't just put 'No' 5 minutes before their appointment. If it got too close to their appointment time, they'd have to call to edit anything. That way we aren't out the spot if we know they aren't coming ahead of time and we can fill the spot.</content>

Sometimes the add to Family Share button does not get marked when payments are taken.  If there is no existing Family Share, we have the ability to transfer and create a new Family Share; however, if there is an existing Family Share, the only option is to do a refund and then repost the payment in the Family Share.  This "refund" skews the Dashboard Reports which reports Refunds by not distinguishing between a corrective refund and a true patient refund.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Having the insurance name displayed at the top of the SOAP note would be very helpful to know what the patient has without having to leave the note screen.  Especially with Medicare patients or patients that I have to make sure I have a date in box 14 for the HCFA.</content>

Since "Adjustment" is not an option under "Complaint received by" it becomes something each provider has to add to their own selection.  This makes it "Provider specific". The problem with that is that when we bounce back and forth in treating our patients, it won't auto populate unless I was the last doc to treat the patient. In my opinon, "adjustment" should not be provider specific but an pre-programmed option in CF to chose from.</content>
