Mass Text/Call for unexpected Closed Office Day

If there’s a day where the Dr is sick or horrible snow, we should be able to send out a mass text/call to all the patients who were scheduled that day. For these rare occasions we’re always calling the patients one by one, and some of them drive from far so they need to know asap
