Alert visible when SEARCHING a patient's name
It would be helpful if an alert would show when searching a patient. Currently we can see: DOB, Phone, Upcoming appt. Please ADD the red alert triangle (if there is an alert on the patient's account). We make an alert if a new patient cancel's his initial office visit and hasn't completed the intake. However, if the patient subsequently calls to get back on schedule, we don't know if the intakes are completed until after the person is put on the schedule. It would help us if that alert pops up when we are searching the patient's name.

Kim, CT MergedIt would be great to have the PATIENT SEARCH drop down show the ALERT we may have noted on patients to let us know if there is something urgent to be informed of when searching for a patient. EX: if a previous patient calls in to make appt, but has an overdue balance or in collections I feel this would be a benefit to any office.

Kim MergedIt would be helpful for immediate searching when searching for a patient if the ALERT was in the drop down box. This would let you know if someone is had an alert before even clicking on them to see the patient profile. Especially would be helpful if someone is in collections or has an overdue account.
