allow use of same email address for multiple patients
We have had several couples or parents treating with their children that use the same email and we are unable to send intake forms for each because they share an email address.

Krista MergedMore and more we are running into patient's who's email address is already in the ChiroFusion system with another practice somewhere on the mainland.

This makes it impossible to send them emails, statements or intake paperwork for our practice.
Please allow email addresses to be used with multiple providers, and patients so parents can do their children's paperwork as well. -

AC MergedNeed to be able to use one email for multiple accounts (family members). Need to be able to use an email in OUR Chirofusion even though it is being used in another office's Chirofusion. Too many times we get an alert that says "email already in use" despite the fact it is not in use... at least not in OUR offices...

CharlesNeed system to allow multiple providers in Chirofusion to have a patient use the same email. Keep running into having to ask the patient for another email even though I have never seen the patient and there email was used by another provider.

Amber MergedI treat a alot of families in my practice and it would be great if they could have the same email when filling out online forms. The way it is now, the parents have to fill out paperwork in the office and we have to add a number to their email to set up an account for their child. It slows down the new patient process quite a bit. If they could fill it out prior to appointments that would make everything much easier.

PaigeI have had multiple patients tell me they are uncomfortable making a separate email for their children. Also, if the children had their own email, the notifications would go to that email. Those patients have also told me that THEY are the ones who want the notifications, not their children.

Alexis MergedWe have just been made aware that if a patient previously visited with another office using ChiroFusion and their email is already in use at that office it cannot be used by another ChiroFusion account. We have been running into this issue for a while and it's a huge inconvenience to us and the patient.

Deva MergedIf a patient has seen another Chiro with ChiroFusion, then you can't enter their email into their file. It says "patient email already exists". It also kicks you out of creating the new file and makes you start all over, entering the all of the new patients information AGAIN. A patient should not have to have a new email address if they switch providers. The system should allow repeat emails.

Carla Mergedallow more than one person to have the same email. a 5 year old will not have their own email - we should be able to use the same email for families... also for some reason if someone starts to make an online appointment as a new patient and for some reason doesnt follow thru - or make the appointment - the email is saved somehow and patient cannot make a new patient appointment as it shows they are already a patient.

Ashley MergedWe have run into an issue several times where a patient might see another provider at another office that also uses chirofusion and it will not allow that patient's email address to be entered unless one office disables that patient's account. Luckily when this has happened I know the other provider and can reach out to them, but if it happens at another office that I don't know, we would not be able to send out an email with the initial intake paperwork or reminders.

Kevin HarringtonPlease consider a different way to organize patients in your database. There is another chiropractor in my town that uses Chirofusion and I am forever getting the error message that the email is already in use when one of those patients tries to come and see me.
