Visit limit/$ limit
I would love a box on the insurance page (on same line as copay/coins/ded) in which to enter patient's visit per year limit. Tie it into the doctor's notes, so it counts down the patient's visits. It would be simpler than trying to use the Authorization page, which isn't really set up for that anyway. Maybe even a box for dollar visit a year also.

JuditAdd to that a box to enter the end date. This would be important because most visit limits also have a specific end date (which isn't just the calendar year end). Fields could go on the Insurance or the Cases page. That would make it so much easier to keep track of UHC's Optums and American Specialty Health's MNRs with if there was a count down for allowed visits within a certain date.

Matt MergedAdd a section that allows you to put annual visit limits for each insurance company / plan. Then have it auto deduct from each visit. Also, add a "reset on" date so annual visits reset.
