Patient Photo- ability to upload when using online scheduling and clinical dash connect to camera

With self scheduling- Pt should upload a photo of themselves into the system or their photo ID.
It would also be beneficial if we were able to click on the Pt's dashboard, click on image, and have it automatically connect to the computer camera/webcam to directly upload to their charts rather than have to take it, save it, then upload it, then delete the file from the computer drive.
