Intake form: Have marking the "How will you be paying for your care?" a required field

Patients often miss checking the button for "How will you be paying for your care?" I have had so many patients not see those buttons and then the Financially Responsible fields come through empty. Please make it a required field by having an alert pop up if patient misses that.
