Customize time limit on text reminder responses
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. It would be nice to be able to set a set time frame for them to reply to the text so they can't just put 'No' 5 minutes before their appointment. If it got too close to their appointment time, they'd have to call to edit anything. That way we aren't out the spot if we know they aren't coming ahead of time and we can fill the spot.

CallieThis is a great feature idea. Last minute cancellations and responses makes it difficult to fill the appointment slot with someone who was on the waiting list.
