Additional reminders
I would love to have a built in reminder system. I do things with patients at specific intervals (6th visit, 12 visit, 18th visit, etc). It's hard to keep all of that organized if the system isn't telling us that it's time for a denneroll, wobble disc, other equip, or re exam or end decompression at 24th visit, etc.

Kelsey MergedMore than 24 hour reminder. If an office has a 24 hour cancellation policy, but the reminder only goes out 24 hours prior to the visit-- this is not helpful. 48 hours would be best, giving the patient time to call to cancel/reschedule. Email and text options would be preferred.
