Intake forms need required fields

Online intake forms that include fillable fields other than signature fields need to be required before moving to the next screen.
Without this feature people are able to simply bypass the paperwork without properly, filling it out, rendering the entire service potentially and frequently useless.

CallieThis is much needed. I have so many new patients that only complete the demographics portion which leads to us spending time calling them to have them fill out the incomplete portions.
