Add "Midline" to complaint details
In Subjective Tab under location there is no "Midline" descriptor. I would think that would be one of the most common locations.

John SchroeppelTrue, the only option is to use bilateral, which is not really accurate if there complaint is right in the center.

Todd CunninghamYes. Also, front/back, inner/outer, upper/lower should all be separate descriptors or N/A if not applicable:
(i.e.-right, front, shoulder is not the same as the right, back, shoulder (scapula))
(i.e.-'upper right', inner leg is not the same as the right, inner, 'upper leg')
Hip is not used as an anatomical land mark; Rather, ilium (of pelvis) is used.
(i.e.- right, upper ilium); (this connects findings of ilium to sacrum via SI joint) -

Michael Wolford MergedAdd "midline" as a choice instead of just, "left", "right" or "bilateral". Not infrequently, patient pain is not right or left, but is "midline"
