Eliminate the "Insurance" tab on the patient intake forms

  We don’t accept insurance so it’s annoying having to tell people to skip that part and their social security number as well. Plus I can’t tell you how many times Medicare people confuse who is their primary ad secondary

  We do not accept insurance either and it is annoying to explain how to skip that tab. People don't remember and then spend all that time filling out all that unneeded information.

  Since this is probably a pretty split issue between those who accept insurance vs those who don't, the best idea would involve it being an 'option' to have included or not. We do accept insurance so having this information is vital.

  We will be a cash practice come January 2022... it would be nice to have the option to remove this tab from our intakes.
