  Being able to text a patient for schedule/reschedule. Text reminders are great, but a "No" response creates a barrier to easy rescheduling and results in lost patients. Also, New Patients want to text to create appointments.

  I would like the ability to have full text messaging services within chirofusion to make it easier for 2 way texts to patients. I have to have a 3rd party now to do that and gets confusing for patient because now there are too many numbers coming to them. Could we please do something about this? I'm paying around the same thing for only text reminders.

  Allow for two way texting to patients. With this option we would be able to follow up with patients that have not confirmed their appointment or have not completed their intake forms.
