In Patient Accounts, allow patient names to autopopulate immediately as letters are entered

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the search. Sometimes if I put in the first 3 letters of a patient's last name, I get too many responses, yet if I add the 4th letter of their last name, no name comes up. Every other search in the world allows the ability to add letter by letter and the search quickly updates as you add letters.
