  Pediatric and Prenatal intake/soap prevalence is very low, definitely need to see a wider representation for these to be included please and thank you!

  Include pediatric assessments. Parents' Evaluation of Developmental Status-Revised (PEDS-R): A widely used tool that elicits and addresses parents' concerns about their child's development, behavior, and social-emotional health.
  Ages and Stages Questionnaires, 3rd Edition (ASQ-3): A developmental and social-emotional screening tool that is highly reliable and valid.
  Quick Parenting Assessment (QPA): A brief, non-stigmatizing tool to support parents in using healthy discipline strategies.
  These should be included with pediatric digital intake.
