Have Automated Email Reminder Kick back a message when a Patient Replies to it
We have had quite a lot of patients that don't see the "do not reply to this - from a unattended mailbox" on the auto generated email reminders, which then patient becomes a No Show since they thought they contacted the clinic. It would be helpful IF someone did reply to the auto generated reminder that it then would kick back a message stating this is an unattended mailbox and if your wish to contact your provider, please contact them at blank phone number and blank email address. Thank you.

It is not clear enough that responding to email reminders does not reach us. If not kicking back the message, at least allow us to input a "reply-to" address so those responses do reach us!
