automated reminder to complete intakes
8 hours in advance of the appointment, an automated reminder with intake link should be resent to any patient who has not yet completed their intakes online. This could also be included as part of the reminder email (so only one email sent for reminder/same cadence as appt reminder). Includes request "Our records show you have not yet completed your intake paperwork, please use this link to update the information we have on file for you prior to your appointment."

Also add a message stating that intakes can only be filled out on a computer or tablet and are NOT compatible with a mobile phone -

CH MergedWhen patients skip over vital information , it would be nice if they were alerted that their intakes are not 100% complete. We are receiving online intakes without signatures and without important complaint information completed and medical history. We have to call them and ask them to please complete them.
