Auto Check Appt Reminders upon making Pt Account

Please have text reminders automatically selected in a patient account when their account is created. More often than not people would rather have a text reminder. It would be easier for everyones to be automatically selected and then we can deselect it if they don't want them then trying to make sure everyones are checked. There have been times when our front desk hasn't gone and manually checked the text box in the patient account and then they don't get a text for their follow up appointment unless the box is checked for that specific visit. Email and text reminder boxes should be automatically selected unless someone asks otherwise. They give consent in our new patient intake form to be contacted via these avenues
