Not send an email every time an appt is moved on the schedule

We often will move patients from one Dr to another, or when they get here and want to be scheduled for another service, we will put them on the schedule at that time. Every time you move their name, they get another text message. It would be significantly less annoying for the patient to get only one email per day, no matter what happens with their appt, unless they cancel and reschedule.
