Proof that an appointment reminder text message was sent to the Patient
Patients have been complaining that they did NOT receive the text message reminders. These patients have the correct cell number on file and the box is checked on their profile to receive the text message reminders. It would be helpful if I was able to confirm or show proof that the text message reminders were sent by the system 24 hours in advance.

This is a great suggestion. We are seeing a steady flow of patients stating this especially when they realize we have a $25 no show fee.
