I think having a separate tab for the schedule that can remain open while you are working on notes/billing/etc. so it doesn't have to load would make things much more efficient. Another system has two separate apps for their schedule and everything else and it makes things much easier. Just having the schedule up and not having to wait for it to load would be a huge help but it makes it much easier to bounce back and forth.
