Change the wording for patients when booking online with online scheduler
For the past 2 years, we have had numerous patients who think they have booked an appointment online (via online scheduler) without looking out for the confirmation email simply because the wording is confusing for both young and old patients.
The last stage after finding your name, it says "confirm appointment" and many patients assume they have a confirmed appointment. The title should read "To confirm appointment". This is a simple fix and would address so many issues.

We have had enough patients who have made the mistake of not going thru to the end of making an appointment ( I think they see CONFIRM APPOINTMENT and think they are done... when they actually have to click button that says schedule appointment (maybe they think it says scheduled? we have always been lucky tho and had time for patient.. today we did not, and he was not happy. -

StephenI think the button should be red or dark blue too. The green gives the illusion of being confirmed. I am by appointment only. I hate running behind. This happens often.
