It would be nice to have a link that could be forwarded to patients via text message that would allow them to complete intakes instead of emailing a link.

Krista B MergedSome of our patients do not have an email address and therefore are unable to fill out online intake forms. Could there be an option for them to sign in with name and DOB or some other form of verification?
