Report of insurance not active

In our office we end date insurance monthly, At the first of each month we make sure its still active and end date for each current month. Mid year we text and call patients to remind them of remaining visit count. It would be helpful to run a report of insurance either it be active or not active. But run a report with every patient that has a certain insurance listed on the chart.
