  Spanish version would make the online option more appealing to me, and would also save a lot of time for me or my staff.

  Almost 1/3 of my patient base now only speak spanish. Since I am the only chiropractor in the area that speaks spanish I am seeing an influx and need spanish intake forms.

  We need this too. I have had to translate forms into Spanish and hand out paper copies to our Spanish-speaking patients.

  It would be helpful for the option to select your language when a new patient is filling out the paperwork.
  We commonly see patient's who speak Spanish, Russian, and Chinese.
