  I do believe editing an ortho tests would be more valuable. Example, bilateral to only right side positive. Now I would have to delete entirely and then add back with new findings.

  I agree. It would save time, which equates to money. In the end helping us refer more docs to use your software!

  How about just to modify the existing orthopedic tests from recurring exams rather than delete and replace with updates?

  this is done very well in another program. I suggest you copy theirs and your program will be the best. In this program, you can create a whole type of exam and it autopopulates the fields, then you go in and correct it to the proper respose for the patient and add in any type of specifics you would like.
