  I have so many Rodriguez and Garcia that I can't find people. Also, would be helpful to have the ability to make patients inactive and not in normal search.

  We have many patients with the same last name and it's difficult to find them in the search fields. Searching by phone number would be good!!!

  This feature would be HUGE in looking up a phone number when we get a missed call that doesn't come up with a name on caller ID. Just pop it in the system and see who it was!

  This would solve a problem we have where we get a voicemail but we are unable to understand the message. Looking at the phone number from caller id would allow us to lookup this patient and get back to them.

  I am a one man show, no front desk receptionist. I have patients come in on a walk in basis. It's not a good start to the visit when I have to ask what is your name. But if I could say, Hi let me check you in, what is your phone number then it is not like I forgot who they are.

  Or even date of birth would be great, we get lots of pediatric patients, and parents get creative with name spelling now a days, and it’s hard to hear over the phone what they’re saying sometimes. Also we have lots of families who use the same phone number for the mom and four kids, etc

  It would be very helpful if we could search for patients by phone number. Sometimes you can get the number of a missed call but no name and if we could do a phone number search we would be able to tell if it is a possible new patient or existing and when you return the call you will have their name if they are an existing patient.

  We often have a missed call with no name attached. We have to export the excel sheet and go through a process just to see who it way. This would be a huge time saver
