Alert if invalid email is added to patient profile
Can email addresses be automatically verified when new patient intake forms are sent? If some kind of alert notification comes up on their profile then we can contact the patient.

Yes! Very embarrassing today as a potential new patient contacted us a second time that she still had not received her online Intake Paperwork; turns out we missed one period in her email name. We are going to try and counter this issue by sending potential NP's an initial email with our custom information and let them know a second secured email will be following. This way if it gets kicked back to us, we will know immediately. -

DrShermanIf you check for invalid email then the people who don't have an email address need an option for the few of us that have online intake. Right now if they don't do online intake when they get to the office we need to make up an email so they can complete intake at the office. If you would allow intake manually with online intake it would work.
