Visit counter
Add visit countdown for patients on certain number of visit plan (we do 36 visit plans). Have it show up when creating new appointment and on patient file

Our doctor has missed several soap notes because of this reason. And when insurance companies call asking for information and if the doctor is behind on notes, there is not way to know when the patients last visit was until a soap note is made. This would help with all types of visits, no shows and reschedules. It would be very helpful in tracking stats. -

LeanneIt would also be helpful to have LAST VISIT on patient file, so I don't have to look at the soap notes to see when they were here last if they did not reschedule. Thanks !

Cindy JordanThere are several instances when we need to see the patients past visits including No Shows, Cancellations and Re-Schedules. Not just the last appointment.

Todd CunninghamYes: Would be nice to show a series of "colored coded and dated boxes" (vertical on left side or horizontal at bottom of screen) of the patients' most recent, current and past visits (maybe 10 boxes): Green = Visits Fully/Successfully Completed (regardless of reschedule, etc. ), White = Today's visit, Yellow = Missed but got successfully Re-scheduled (not counted against CP), Red = Cancellation w/o reschedule. (They also showed: Total CP Visits, Used CP Visits and Remaining CP Visits.)

AC MergedI'd like to be able to set a custom visit counter according to the patients plan... set it per plan year; update it when a patient is seen elsewhere (we have college students who are seen at our office and back home during breaks); add more than one visit counter (total visits and auth visits)

I want this to show up on the calendar! Our front desk has a hard time tracking this because you have to click into the patient file each time. This way at a glance the doctor and CAs know how many visits are left when the patient asks. -

StephenieYes!!! And we need to be able to customize it. ie: We wouldn't want cancellations or no shows included in the countdown, and we would also like to start the count over on a certain date.

MaraGiven insurance restrictions with visit coverage this is a necessity and should be designed in the program to calculate automatically without having to run an appointment Hx report. Options should include- visits covered by insurance, an allowance to input visits to other chiropractors, and then our own business automatically generated visit count.

MCThe visi calculator should be based off of time frame in the insurance authorization tab and based on “check out” status on schedule- as our providers do get behind on documentation occasionally and if the note hasn’t been completed the count is off- we have to run the appt hx report and manually count/examine.

LoriWe would like it as others have stated, for those who are limited by their insurance plans. We would also like to see it reset automatically at the start of the new calendar year and to have it count previous visits within that calendar year if we set it up late.

WinChiroMake it available to see the last appointment and the charges posted for that previous appointment! That would be so much easier on the doctor instead of having them backdate charges to figure out what they did previously, with a practice that sees anywhere from 70 to 100 patients a day it becomes hard to remember.
