Multi-Tab Functionality - Open New Window
Multi-taskers need additional windows to open up so we can simultaneously be working in multiple patient files/demographics/billing. This is especially useful for when we are on the phone with one patient looking at the schedule, but had been working in the billing section for another patient when the phone call came through as an example.

Thank you for your suggestion. ChiroFusion is 100% web based and all web based applications are designed for a single sign on user experience. There are many benefits of a web based software, such as accessibility, eliminating the need for data back ups and the high costs of maintaining and upgrading servers. We continue to implement enhancements that support multi-tasking. Currently, you can access the Scheduler from anywhere within the system and we have many more updates in the works. -

Louna J.I agree that we should have multiple tabs open so we can work on DOS, Billing Ledger, and others.

Alicia A.I wish this was being considered because it is daunting having to constantly flip back and forth when working on billing, which happens frequently. I often have to have the program open in multiple tabs just so I don't have to keep leaving the billing screen. It takes more time than it should.

NIt's so frustrating not being able to look at the billing screen and a patient screen at the same time. Please consider this feature.

Annie WPLEASE JUST LET ME HAVE THE PATIENT PROFILE PAGE AND THE BILLING PAGE OPEN AT THE SAME TIME. I'm so tired of going back and forth to check insurance information (co-ins, payment type (superbill vs time of service discount), onset dates etc). Having to go back and forth from those to screens and having to wait for them to reload every time is so frustrating!! At least let me click on their name in patient accounting and while pulling up patient info, include their insurance info as well.

ACYes! Please!! When posting EOBs, I get so frustrated when I have to go back into billing dozens of times for one EOB. Multiple tabs would be PERFECT!
If that can't happen then give me multiple logins or something. -

meganyes! this is the main thing that slows me down! it's so hard for others to understand how difficult it is to stay focused and get a lot of work done when i'm constantly having to start and stop what i'm doing because everything is all on one window. i understand that it is web based though, but maybe if the tabs could be within the website itself and not separate browser windows. almost like a widget type layout?

Lauri BarberSo inefficient and frustrating. I am a multi-tasker and if I am making patient notes and a patient needs to check out, I have to close out the note and go out then start over again. Businesses need the efficient ability to work in more than one window at a time.

ChelseaPlease! My job is made unnecessarily difficult due to the inability to return to what I am working on when there is need to help a patient with scheduling or billing. My docs love the documentation of this EHR, please help me love it too. Front desk functions need significant changes to improve work flow. Please please make this a priority.

KourtneyWe have two offices. This would also be super helpful to be able to access the schedule for our second office quickly in the case a patient calls the main office to schedule for the second office which happens very often. Or for when the staff in the second office has a question I can quickly pull up their side and go to the location inside the program to be able to answer their question and quickly get back to my side to continue doing the things I need to do on my side.
