  I agree with this and do not want to have to click off the subluxation box because I do not enter a listing.

  Agreed. Gets tedious to put down since majority of the modern DC do not use terminology as "chiropractic subluxation" as it is a medical term that has solidified basis. It is cumbersome when working in an integrated office and work with specialists to have that term.
