ROS options on patient intakes should all display by default so patients don't overlook them.

  Please do not hide the symptoms. Show all symptoms on the screen without having to click on "I have complaints to report" -maybe even delete it. Our patients skip all the sections and then come into the office with a lot of complaints that need to be inputted by us. Would be another time saver.

  Yes, this should function opposite of how it now does; "I have complaints to report" should be auto checked and then if they have not complaints in that area, the must click on "I have no complaints to report" then they will actually see the problems, because most patients don't know just by the area or system.

  Can you change this portion of the online intake forms to default to unchecked boxes first, and then the patient must choose "no complaints to report?" The current design leads to many patients not filling this out appropriately. They are not aware that they have to slide each option over to reveal the boxes.
  
  This same issue happens in other portions of the forms. It should not default the patient to not add information. Instead, prompt them to add information and purposely select "nothing to report." This would be great in the history section as well.
