Allow for a smaller soap note.
Auto and WC requires copies sent out and each note is about 4 to 5 pages.

If we had an option that we could condense the SOAP and exam, ie smaller font, smaller charts, less double spacing etc.. -

Jessica MergedWe feel that when we print notes for patients of if records are requested that can't be emailed we waste a lot of paper printing out each visit. If there is a way to condense down for example the segements adjusted and listings could be listed out in paragraph style. That hos it is in chirofusion that wastes a lot of lines and length of the paper. 'Some of the headings could be condensed down or be put on the same line. Even the musculoskelton palpation wouldn't each need to have their own line, it could be paragraph style but still have each with the bold typing. Everything is so list style could be condensed down.

Jim mosbach MergedCondense the chart and be be able remove or add to the soap notes. Your soap notes are not very customized at all. Let the docs be able to really make the notes their own

Ashley MergedIt would be nice if the printed format of the soap note was condensed. It seems excessive to have a 3 page SOAP note for each visit, especially if they need to be printed and mailed or faxed.
