  Agreed. Recently messed up an appointment because of accessing website via internet on phone and by just scrolling lightly on screen actually moved the appointment to a different time on that day and didn't realize it.

  Agreed, a mobile version would be nice. Even when i access chirofusion on my cell, it is not easy and does not support changes done on my phone

  Also, if you try to scroll up or down to view the schedule, you may accidentally move patients appointment which can send reminders out and patients get confused. A dedicated app would be great!

  If to simplify; Being able to make new patients, appointments, and or scheduling services at the very least would be extremely helpful.

  I totally agree with this. I don't use ChiroFusion and instead use Google calendar because I can use other calendars with it. ChiroFusion should do the same and make it easy to look up my schedule when I'm on the move. I do home visits too so my phone would help so much.

  This is one of the key components that will help make the software more efficient. We would be able to finish notes with a tablet while with the patient as opposed to doing notes either after the patient has left or carry around a clunky laptop. Many times we get a phone call to add or reschedule a patient when we are out of the office and it would be helpful if the software allowed easier accessibility to schedule patients and move them around on the phones.

  OMG!! I've been with CF for a long time now and my patients get so frustrated that they cannot use their phone to fill out intakes. It's lost me a couple patients over the years and it really is inconvenient for many people with no access to a computer. With COVID we do not have time to have people do this in the office anymore.

  Even having patients do assessments on iPad is a bit frustrating to make sure the screen is tracking properly and not messing up. I thought the whole purpose of online intakes would be for mobile devices. It is the world we live in now.

  We miss having an app to look up our schedule easily, add patients on the fly, and patients were able to book directly on the app. This would be very helpful also for patients who need to fill out intake forms and assessments. Some patients do not have a computer and they have to fill out the intake in the office. As for assessments, we have to sign into a staff account and have the patient fill it out on a tablet. It would be very helpful if the patient could access these forms easily.

  This would allow us to almost fully eliminate all paper in the office by using an iPad to check patients in, get their pain numbers and complaints while we travel from room to room with them. No Physical exam forms will be needed to input information during the exam and it will help the Doctor keep up with paperwork more efficiently.

  we converted to the online schedule for Chirofusion from Square. A common complaint now is the patient can not reschedule on their own and can not see what is booked for the future.

  80 % of our patients use their phones, not a laptop or desktop. Making CF mobile friendly needs to be a top priority - PLEASE!!

  Moving room to room quickly doing a patient note on an ipad is not an option. Easily having a patient check in on ipad is not an option. Having a patient fill out a progress eval form during check in and having the subjective be updated throughout care plan is not an option. An app would change the game entirely.

  On your phone, you can go to site & create a desktop site on phone. Now you can log-in & open schedule.
  Phone apps are expensive to write & maintain. It would be nice to have, but we might have to pay for it, with higher subscription cost

  We really need an app to easily access the schedule. Very inconvieniet to have to wait until I get to a computer to check the schedule.
