  Just make a screen with a spine where we can click either on the right, left or middle and it'll take that click and write that segment in the report.

  Add a feature to shut off the subluxation listing request. I would prefer to not keep having to bypass the listing field.

  I would love to see the pop up screen for each subluxation level be eliminated. I use global listings not segmental.

  How about adding spinal joint "fixation", "restriction", "loss of segmental ROM" as options, since "subluxation" means a partial dislocation in medicine, not how we use it. Adjustments are made to JOINTS. We don't reposition bone; we add motion to joint tissues.

  Fully agree! It isn't required by any insurance and it slows down the process. I usually have one finger on "ESC" and the other clicking the segment to quick jump out of the box

  As a new user with 17 years of EMR experience, this is my least-liked feature of this system. I would imagine it is useful to a very small segment of users.

  Please make the subluxation listing popup optional. This sometimes takes as long to click through as the rest of the entire note takes.
