HIPAA Renewal Reminder - Popup Alert
We don't have online intakes or electronic check in, but I'd love to have a feature that would allow for a scheduled alert activation, to let me know when a patient needs to update paperwork or renew HIPAA compliance, but I only want it to be active when I need to address it with a patient, not as a general alert in documentation. If it could pop up when scheduling and also in billing until I reset it for another date, or deactivate it entirely, that would be ideal.

This should be active to SELF-PAY patients as well as insurance patients (the check-boxes for forms signed is currently available only in the insurance tab). -

Annie WYES!!!!! I would love to see a 'HIPAA form' box that needs to be checked in the insurance profile with a date option next to it. Then an automated alert when it has been over a year and needs to be updated. This would be HUGE for front desk employees and staying HIPAA compliant!
