  To prevent the timely process it takes to correct a signed note, allow the over-ride of a signature for a note on the current/same day of service.

  Sometimes when we discharge a PI patient 3 months later. Some attorneys would point out that we made an error in regards to the patient's history. Being able to go in and edit that initial exam from 3 months ago would be so much more convenient and less time consuming than having to delete it and redoing everything.

  There was a comment about this earlier and I AGREE 100% with this. If you could add or allow editing a created soap note to save time, rather than having to recreated the entire exam report would save time and frustration in a busy practice.

  This is our biggest flaw and drawback with Chirofusion. It's frustrating and takes so much time if you need to go add something you missed. No other software we have used in the past has not allowed us to edit soap notes. This flaw needs fixed.

  Honestly, I love ChiroFusion and have been using it for a long time. However, I need features that are essential for my workflow—specifically, the ability to save SOAP notes without requiring a signature to move forward, and the flexibility to edit notes when needed.
