Make ADL's apart of the intake paperwork and goals automatically populate off of them

Insurance companies are starting to lean heavier on "functional improvement" and traceable outcomes/goals of care (not chiropractic analysis changes or pain scales). Goals should be set from the ADL's the pain interferes with. Having ADL's apart of the intake would streamline the process of establishing medical necessity and give specific, patient focused, outcomes/goals to measure.
