Archive Outcome Assessments

Have an option to Archive Outcome Assessments so they do not all show up on exams and soaps for every single one a patient has filled out each time.

This is extremely important to not have old Assessments in on new Soap notes. It only confuses the person reading it. We recently sent office notes for 2022(LBP) and the 2020 & 2021 Cervical Assessments were in the note for orthotics which just makes it look unprofessional! Please change ASAP!

Once again, a great way to track and monitor progress of care that the payer (insurance companies, ie the medical field) can't contend with.

We don't need OA for neck to me mix with low back, or accident case. I don't want 10 OA dates to be in my exams.

Yes older Assessments should not show especially when starting another case. Assessments should be "Case" specific.
