Financially Responsible Party is a current patient
When adding a responsible party it would be nice to be able to link to demographic information or pull insurance information (ID #s, group #s, etc) from current patient files. For example Jane Doe's daughter....

Laura WiseMy previous software would allow you to look up responsible party's info by looking in the current patient list and choosing their name. The responsible party's info was then populated with their info.

Laura MergedWhen adding the insured's information (when insured is NOT the patient - for example the patient's spouse carries the coverage), allow us to choose the insured from a list of existing patients OR add covered person's info if not already in the system. It's a huge inconvenience to go into an already established patients chart, pull their info, then go back into the new patient's insurance and re-enter this information. I wish you could link the insurance accounts somehow.
