Show client's previous appoints even if no soap note was made
In the event that a soap note was missed it would be great to quickly look at their past visit list and see those that did not have a soap note created.

StephanieYES!! This feature would eliminate our need for travel cards! You can see that they had an appointment in the calendar but not in the patient file!

AUGUSTINE OLIVEIRAI think this is critical! I missed doing a soap note in the past for whatever reason and didn't realized until I was looking at another patients date of service and noticed that I missed that soap note. By that point, a few weeks later the patient already had been in a few times and I never noticed the soap was missing because the visit didn't show up anywhere.

Todd CunninghamYes: Would be nice to show a series of 'colored coded and dated boxes' (vertical on left side or horizontal at bottom of screen) of the patients' most recent, current and past visits (maybe 10 boxes): Green = Visits Fully/Successfully Completed (regardless if rescheduled), White = Today's visit, Yellow = Missed but was successfully Re-scheduled (not counted against CP), Pink = Cancellation w/o reschedule, Red = No Show. (They also showed: Total CP Visits, Used CP Visits and Remaining CP Visits.)

L NorrisWe do not use the SOAP note feature at this time but it would be nice to be able to view the dates of a patient's previous visits. Could just keep track of "checked out" visits?
EDITED to add - after making the comment I saw that this has been "done" but I don't see where I can view a patient's previous visits.
