Change/edit the date of onset without having to leaving the soap note.

  If you could change onset in the soap note, it would eliminate a lot of errors. Like, when the onset doesn't get changed and soap note gets completed with wrong onset because the doctor changed codes etc. Then, none of that info pulls forward when we then change the onset.

  At the top of the soap where the Dr can see the DOI, you should be able to click the date to change it. It’s counter productive and takes more precious time now that you currently have to leave the soap documentation and go through each patients case details/insurance info

  As of now, you have to go to INSURANCE tab and select the case then go back to the SOAP to keep working. If you really want to use the feature of multiple cases where all the previous data is there just ready to be used again or slightly altered..) then you would like the ability to switch cases quickly from the SOAP at the beginning of it. Right where it says "CASE" at the top of the first page of the SOAP note ..make that interactive where you click on it and then have a drop down menu of cases to select. Building Cases out this way would allow your SOAP notes to be very fast and accurate, especially if you do lots of different things in your office and find yourself always having to manually change the data. You can try to find the right case when the patient schedules but thats not always workable with front desk... this would allow the most fluidity when working with notes...and over time would greatly increase speed and accuracy of your notes.

  We should be able to change the onset date from the note section instead of having to go into the case section to change it. It will speed up the process when trying to do a re-exam.

  Change date of onset AND box 14 from soap notes instead of having to switch tabs. Not only saving time but would eliminate errors in billing and medical records. It's such a hassle to have to go back and make sure the dates are correct, or catch the mistake on the billing end

  If possible changing the onset date for injury directly from the SOAP note instead of having to change it under the case we are using would but great. Feel like I am always having to leave a note to go change the onset date to only come back to the note.

  It would be nice to have the option to update the patients diagnosis (Box 14) on the Assessment tab, when taking SOAP notes or Exam notes, instead of having to go to demographics. Many times patients tell us about a new complaint / condition and I finish my notes but forget to go to demographics page to update their DX.

  It would be extremely helpful to have the onset and initial date connected with the case and have that information changeable in the
  SOAP note. It would fix a lot of billing errors to Medicare especially.
