  Auto/L&I/ Re-evaluation patients all need updated cases and information. It would be nice to be able to resend Intakes to a patient.

  And customize the email content that contains the link.
  For instance, +90% of people use cell phones. Yet, the intakes can't be done on cell phone. So, why not add a sentence about that in the content of the email?

  Allow intakes to be accessed AFTER they show 100% complete. Sometimes the signatures don't show up on the intake and we need patient to go back in and re-sign the form. However, once it shows 100%, we can't access the forms again and we need to have a paper copy available for them to sign. Please fix this.

  Patients should be allowed to access and edit their intake forms after they are completed. There are many times that patients will not sign a form and are unable to go back into the intake to sign it once it is 100% complete. There needs to be an option to get back into the intake after it is done.
