Online Scheduling- Add fields for New Patients insurance information

When new patients schedule online there should be fields for them to put their insurance company name and ID number as well as subscriber info so we can verify benefits in advance of their visit without playing phone tag with them to get that info.

Yes! This way we can get on the VOB and know whether or not we can even keep their appointment. -

MaraYes, please! Love the online scheduling feature, but it has room for improvements. This being one. Would also like to see set-up for text reminders when Pt's make appointments- especially new patient evaluations.
