Suggestion for flow through of information from intake forms
Under the MEDICAL tab, Under the MEDICATIONS category in the forms section that patients fill out it has DOSAGE listed.
When it come through the system and is reported to me, the title is then listed as REASON. As a chiropractor I will never be evaluating if dosing is correct, so I would prefer REASON. But the patient is not asked that on the forms they receive. Can this be changed to more accurately show what they are reporting and include reason?

Yes! or have both dose and reason, but have them populate correctly to the form.
