Allow mobile patient intakes
Our patients have been unable to fill out intake forms via mobile phone. It would be much more efficient and successful to implement virtual forms if they were able to do so.

I wish I could upvote this more than once. There are already so many barriers to getting folks to fill out paperwork in a timely fashion. If the online intakes were phone friendly It would make a H U G E difference in patient compliance and keep us from falling 10-20 minutes behind each time somebody doesn't have their paperwork done. -

Jackie MergedFuture patients who might only have a mobile device availible aren't able to sign intake forms before they come in - making filling them out quite difficult. Would be helpful if they were compatible for cell phones.

AC MergedAt least half of my intakes aren't done because the patient tried to use their cell. This would be a HUGE improvement to the intake process!! Please consider this.

JuditEven when I stress that the intake has to be filled out on a computer or tablet, patients don't seem to listen and still try to complete it on their phone. It is time consuming to call them before their appointment to check why the intake hasn't been completed, and then to re-schedule them at an earlier time so they can either complete it on the office computer, or on paper.

EllieWe have many patients who do not have access to computers and only have access to cell phones to be able to fill out paperwork. It has been incredibly limiting and time consuming if patients have to fill out their intakes in the office rather than before their appointment. It's also pretty excluding since it lacks that accessability.

Josh PosnanPatients will frequently attempt to fill out the forms on their mobile phone even if we tell them it is not compatible. We can always tell they have tried it when the form completion percentage is stuck at 11%. Please enable mobile phone compatibility. Everyone is using them now and not everyone has access to a computer or tablet.

Maria Perri MergedMost patients use their phones for the digital intake and for scheduling. They are having difficulty when using mobile devices and need to use a desktop or laptop. It would be soooo much better to be more mobile friendly.

Amy C MergedSo as it stands right now, we send the email to a patient and it they open it on their phone they can not complete it. It would be great if the patients could receive the intake both via text and in addition, be able to open an email on their phone and complete the intake. Too many of our younger patients will not do the online application if they are not able to complete it on their phones.
