Ledger view of charges

I'd like to have all the charges of a given patient on one screen (whether billed or not) so I can tell them what they owe with one look, not having to go to multiple screens to see what is owed. Simplify # of screens needed to get to the end result, each screen change takes time to load and wastes time.

Dr. KathrynYES! Also, please simplify finding missed payments by applying the payment to the corresponding date of service.
