  Can this please be done? We just had a new patient schedule online for an “Adjustment” visit which should not even be available for someone new to the system.

  A simple request to save a huge amount of headaches. Just today had a pt show up that we've never seen before who scheduled a regular appointment that slipped through front desk mayhem. Really, really needs to be an option!

  Would love this to change, we continue to have new patients schedule for an adjustment. We often catch this but it does slip through and leaves us hanging last minute and makes us look less than professional

  100 I often get new patients who schedule as just an adjustment and therefore have not blocked out enough time or the ability for another patient to schedule in that same block
