Please allow us to make our own specific check in/ access code that the patient can choose. We have used the last 4 of their ssn in the past and it works great.

Change how patients check in on our tablet. Having a random number or PIN code is confusing and too hard for elderly patients to remember their code. Make it something more personal so they'll remember it easier
