Not only birthdays, but gentle text reminders for patients that have been inactive for any given period of time. How about ability to just create a mass text or email message to patients that we have control over which groups of patients receives them and what the message says.

would love to be able to generate Happy Birthday text to patients .. Also text messages for patient cancellation due to unexpected office closing (weather, sickness, etc)
